The Yoga Dance Co is dedicated to helping families thrive. We know how hard it is to get that needed time together, which is why we offer a wide selection of family classes.

kids are welcome to come and hang out while you take your class! we have a variety of activities and amenities.

AERIAL YOGA

Welcome to our Aerial Yoga class, where the ancient practice of yoga meets the exhilarating experience of aerial arts. This unique class takes traditional yoga poses off the mat and into the air, using aerial hammocks to support and deepen your yoga practice. Discover a new dimension of yoga as you find balance, flexibility, and a sense of weightlessness in the aerial silk cocoon.

Welcome to the captivating world of Aerial Arts (previously called Aerial Acrobatics, where you’ll defy gravity and experience the thrill of suspended movement in a safe and supportive environment. This class combines the artistry of dance, the strength of acrobatics, and the beauty of aerial apparatus to create an exhilarating and empowering experience.

We offer aerial silks, aerial lyra (hoop), aerial trapeze, and aerial hammock for all ages to learn on.

This class is meant for the new parent and baby. The first months and first year can be exhausting and lonely. This class is meant to bring community and stability to each family through yoga, mindfulness and breathing. Please bring a yoga mat and any baby wearing wrap you might have.

Kids Hip Hop

Kid’s Hip Hop

Ages 5+

Students will learn the fundamentals and techniques of hip-hop. This class is great for cardio, strengthening and confidence. We work hard, have fun and look forward to performance opportunities!

AERIAL DANCE


Welcome to the mesmerizing world of Aerial Dance! In this class, we invite you to explore the enchanting art of suspended movement, where grace and strength converge to create breathtaking aerial performances. Aerial dance combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and artistic expression, allowing you to defy gravity and express yourself through the fluidity of movement in the air.

AERIAL Tots
(Yoga & Socialization Ages 18 mo - 3 yrs)


Teach them young! Come hang, swing, yoga and dance as a family! This super interactive class will have your kiddo learning how to listen, focus and socialize; all while creating strength and confidence in our Aerial swings. Bring a yoga mat and water. A guardian must participate with each 18mo - 3 year old.

Adult Cardio Barre

This class combines elements of ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and dynamic cardiovascular exercises to create a fun and effective full-body workout.

Gentle Slow Flow Yoga

This class is designed with the beginner in mind, but it is great for all levels, including prenatal and post injury. Our focus is to heal and take care of the body, mind and soul. Recharge and rejuvenate.  Bring a yoga mat and water. Props are optional.

Pole & Soul

Reconnect with your body, confidence, and sensual expression through pole! In this class, we’ll explore how movement, breath, and presence can awaken the feminine fire within. Whether you’re new to pole or already spinning, you’ll leave each class feeling empowered, sexy, and confident.

Mat pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method focused on building strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements. It emphasizes core strength, proper alignment, and mindful breathing, often using a mat or specialized equipment like the reformer. Designed to improve posture, stability, and overall body awareness, Pilates can benefit all fitness levels.
